How it works
The calculator converts pip values into your account currency using the current market exchange rate — same algorithm as myfxbook.
- Risk amount = Account Size × Risk %
- Pip value per unit = Pip size ÷ conversion rate (only when quote currency differs from your account currency)
- Position size (units) = Risk amount ÷ (Stop-Loss in pips × pip value per unit)
- Position size (lots) = Units ÷ 100,000
