1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VexoFX (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use VexoFX. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. The Service

VexoFX is a rule-based market analysis platform. It processes market data through the Vexo Analysis Engine and displays structured information such as trend, momentum, volatility, market structure, confluence scoring and trade scenarios.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be accurate or timely.

3. Not Financial Advice

VexoFX does not provide financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. All content, analysis, scores, scenarios, setups and outputs generated by the Vexo Analysis Engine are for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on VexoFX constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, risk management, and the outcome of any trades you place. Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk, including the risk of losing your entire capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

VexoFX Pro is available as an annual subscription priced at $99 USD per year. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. You may update your payment method or cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing page.

If a payment fails, we may retry it for up to 3 days. If the payment remains unsuccessful, access to the Service may be suspended until the balance is cleared.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Service, contact us at support@vexofx.com within 7 days of your purchase, and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Refunds are not available after the 7-day window or for partial subscription periods. Renewals are not refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, algorithms, design elements, logos and trademarks of VexoFX are the property of VexoFX and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, resell, or republish any part of the Service without our written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or professional trading purposes during your active subscription.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account with third parties or use the Service to provide services to others without written consent.
• Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to extract data from the Service.
• Attempt to bypass any security or access restrictions.
• Use the Service for illegal activities or in violation of any applicable law.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or its servers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VexoFX and its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, misuse the Service, or fail to pay the applicable fees.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, in a court of competent jurisdiction.
